Which ghee is best: A1 or A2?
Because of its higher nutritive value compared to A1 ghee, people prefer A2 ghee. With a high melting point ideal for Indian cooking and a smoking point of 450°F, it surpasses regular vegetable oil and butter.
Indian Desi cow breeds, like Hallikar, Tharparkar, Gir, Sahiwal, and others, naturally produce milk rich in the healthy A2 protein without any traces of the unhealthy A1 protein. Farmers/producers owns these cows to make desi cow ghee. The easiest method to check the purity is to do a pan test. Add a teaspoon of ghee to a pan and heat it. If the ghee starts melting immediately and turns dark brown, it is pure. However, if it takes time to melt and is yellow in colour, then it is adulterated.
Our cows enjoy free-range grazing and are nourished with natural fodder. Additionally, the buttermilk generated during the ghee-making process is fed back to our cows. We prioritize a cruelty-free environment and refrain from administering hormonal injections to our cows.
Our ghee is obtained by churning curd and not cream (malai). So the valuable nutritional content is preserved as compared to others. Therefore, our ghee tastes a lot tastier and aromatic because it preserves the all-natural aroma and nourishment of ghee.
