DESCRIPTION

A2 Cow Desi Ghee is crafted from fresh cow milk. The milk undergoes a traditional process: it's heated, allowed to naturally cool to room temperature, then mixed with a natural starter culture and left overnight to ferment into yogurt. In the early morning hours (4 am - 6 am), the yogurt is churned using the ancient 'Bilona' method, employing a gentle, slow clockwise-anticlockwise motion, to extract raw white butter.

This product contains no additives, is free from artificial preservatives, synthetic fillers or binders. 100% natural, farm made in daily batches.

Depending on the temperature outside the jar, this process may happen quickly or slowly. It is perfectly normal for ghee to be liquid, solid, or a combination of consistencies.


How can we identify pure cow ghee?
The easiest method to check the purity is to do a pan test. Add a teaspoon of ghee to a pan and heat it. If the ghee starts melting immediately and turns dark brown, it is pure. However, if it takes time to melt and is yellow in colour, then it is adulterated.
