  • Ingredients

    • Tomato : 4
    • Green Chilli : 4-5
    • Medium Potato : 3-4
    • Gobi / Cauliflower : 180 gm
    • Peas / Matar : 20-30 gm

  • Spices

    • Black Mustard Oil : 50 ml / 2 tablespoon
    • Hing : 1-2 gm
    • Jeera/ Cumin :
    • Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tablespoon
    • Salt : As per taste
    • Coriander Powder : 1 -1.5 tablespoon
    • Haldi/ Turmeric : 1/4 tablespoon
    • Garam Masala : 1/4 tablespoon
    • Amchoor : 1/2 tablespoon

    • For garnish : Coriander Leaves

Instruction

  • Turn the instant pot to saute mode and heat Suposhita black mustard oil , add cumin seeds & hing. Saute for 15 secs.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, salt , haldi, coriander powder, saute for 5-10 mins on medium flame.
  • Add Potatoes, cauliflower & Peas.
  • Put the instant pot lid on with the pressure valve to sealing. Select pressure cook medium flame for 10mins.
  • Turn off the flame, open the pressure and mix gently.
  • Add garam masala & Amchoor.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
